In men it can be male pattern baldness where the hair density starts to lose its thickness leading to further hair loss over time, stress or shock, infections, poor Immune system, medical conditions, and a low diet in protein to name a few.
In women it can be genetic, reactive which means the result of a trigger, hormones, stress, iron deficiency / anaemia, dramatic weight loss, age, to name a few. If the condition is persistent or permanent in men or women then the SMP treatment is a real life line for density loss sufferers.

Getting down to business
Session 1
- Taking any pain relief prior to your treatment
- Cutting hair shorter will help a practitioner but you can leave your hair long if preferred
- Creating your first layer of follicle tones with an open density working within your existing hair line areas
- Rebuilding lost edges to the clients hairline shape and following follicle patterns
- Session times can differ but are normally 3-4 hours per session, once completed we go through your seven day aftercare information
- After the 7 days of healing you will notice the treatment looking lighter this is totally normal and part of the process
Session 2
- Taking any pain relief prior to your treatment
- Cutting hair shorter will help a practitioner but you can leave your hair long if preferred
- Repeating the process over the areas of concern making corrections and adjustments and treating any patching
- Working on your next layer of tones going in between your first session layer building up your core information
- Session times are a little longer on session 2 once completed we go through your fourteen day aftercare information
- Over the next fourteen days of healing you will notice the treatment looking lighter this is totally normal and part of the process
Session 3
- Taking any pain relief prior to your treatment
- (Men) Cutting hair shorter from your two week break will help a practitioner but you can leave your hair long if preferred
- Returning back from your fourteen day healing period addressing any corrections or adjustments and treating any patching
- Recreating your follicle hair line patterns and mid tones or detail layer pending on how many sessions your plan is
- Session times are around 4-3 hours to complete, once completed we go through your aftercare information and how to protect it
